Questions
- What happens to my candidates if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every candidate you have added and can carry on working them — you just cannot add new ones past 50 until you upgrade again.
- Is the Brief marketplace included?
- Yes, with Pro — but it is not open yet. Reso is onboarding client demand first so that claiming a Brief means claiming real, funded work.
- What counts as an AI operation?
- One message to the Reso Agent, one CV extraction, one candidate preparation, one interview guide or transcript analysis, or one semantic match run. Reading something Reso already generated is free.
- Do you take a cut of my placements?
- Not on your own roles. Reso only earns on Briefs it sources through the marketplace, where the recruiter payout is shown and locked in before you claim.
